The reception desk is your first point of contact at the Pferdeklinik Leichlingen. The reception team will help you stay connected with our clinic, whether by phone or by responding to your questions by email. Appointments are made here, and your wishes are realised where possible. The team will pass on any information that you wish to give to the veterinarian in charge. They are happy to help when you bring in or pick up your horse, hand over medicines and discharge papers, and settle the invoicing of your horse’s treatment with you. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the reception team, who will pass on your request to the correct contact person.


The reception team is at your service seven days a week: Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 7 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 10 am to 4 pm. Outside these times your call will be taken by the veterinary assistant on duty. You can reach us by telephone on +49 2175 884550.


In medical emergencies the veterinarian in charge will be notified. All other calls will be noted. The staff will respond to appointment requests, medicine collections, e-mail dispatch, etc. at the latest on the following day.


The medical staff is responsible for the care and treatment of the patients entrusted to us. Please understand that for this reason, outside the opening hours of the reception desk, only the reason for your call will be noted.
